Comr. Sunday Sewenu Ogunfowora, the President of the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Lagos state, paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun FHTI, in her office, to show appreciation for being a worker friendly administrator.
Recall that aside the many promises the Chairman has fulfilled, she recently donated a brand new Hiace bus to NULGE, Epe Branch, to ensure ease of movement amongst other things.
Thus, the courtesy visit which was on the side of a “2024 First Quarter Workers Forum and Free Medical Check Up for Staff.”
Comr. Sewenu noted that the courtesy visit was in recognition and appreciation of a worker friendly atmosphere engendered by the present administration of Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun FHTI.
He added that the workers were happy and appreciative for making their welfare a priority and thus, have vowed to continue to give their best to ensure the success of the Chairman’s administration.
In response, the Chairman of Epe LG said ” On my part, I will not relent in ensuring that welfare of all members of staff continues to remain a top priority. My commitment to guaranteeing a thriving environment for staff development and progress remains unwavering.”
Hon. Surah Animashaun FHTI added that she acknowledges the impact of her staff in the recent developmental progress witnessed in Epe Local Government and expressed her deepest appreciation towards their dedication and commitment to work.
