In order to promote a clean and healthy environment, encourage community participation in waste management and reduce the risk of disease outbreaks, Governor Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, has flagged off the reintroduction of monthly sanitation in Lagos State.
It is on this note that the Chairman of Epe, Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun FHTI, has urged residents to comply totally with the government’s directive.
The environment sanitation exercise suspended in 2016 will now return fully and LGA environmental officers will be out to ensure full compliance.
Everyone therefore is expected to cooperate and participate making the environment safe and healthy for habitation.
Let’s resuscitate the Lagos culture of cleanliness once again.
